Rule 3
Schedule of work
The schedule of work of the Government of Nepal shall be as follows without prejudice to the provisions of this regulation:-
(a) by the Ministry in accordance with the provisions of paragraph — 2,
(b) by the Prime Minister in accordance with the provisions of paragraph — 3,
(c) by the Council of Ministers in accordance with the provisions of paragraph — 4,
